Refund policy

1. Introduction

This Refund Policy governs all services provided by Credvisa Immigrations (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. (“Credvisa,” “we,” “our,” or “the Company”) to its clients.

By engaging our services and making a payment, the client acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.

2. No Refund Policy

All fees paid to Credvisa Immigrations (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. are strictly non-refundable.

Once a client has engaged our services and made a payment, the amount paid shall not be refunded under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Cancellation of services by the client.
• A change of mind or personal circumstances.
• Delays in processing or changes in immigration policies.
• Rejection of a visa, immigration application, or other application by the relevant authority.
• Failure to achieve the desired outcome or result.

The Company does not guarantee the approval of any visa, immigration application, or other service outcome, as such decisions rest with the relevant authorities.

3. Change of Services

Clients who have already engaged our services may request a change to a different service offered by the Company, subject to the following conditions:

• The request for a service change must be reviewed and approved by the Company.
• The amount already paid may be adjusted against the cost of the new service, subject to the Company’s approval.
• If the new service costs more than the amount previously paid, the client must pay the outstanding balance before proceeding with the revised service.
• If the new service costs less than the amount previously paid, the difference shall not be refunded to the client.
• Any change in service is subject to the Company’s operational feasibility, applicable terms, and service availability.

A change of service does not entitle the client to a refund of any amount paid.

4. Third-Party Fees and Expenses

Any fees paid to government authorities, embassies, consulates, educational institutions, external service providers, or other third parties are subject to the respective third party’s refund policies.

Credvisa shall not be responsible for refunds of third-party fees where such fees are non-refundable under the applicable terms.

5. Client Acknowledgment

By making a payment and engaging the services of Credvisa Immigrations (OPC) Pvt. Ltd., the client confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted this Refund Policy.

The client acknowledges that all service fees paid to the Company are non-refundable and that any approved change of service will be handled in accordance with the conditions stated above.

6. Policy Amendments

Credvisa Immigrations (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to amend or update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any revised policy shall be published on the Company’s official website and shall apply as per its stated effective date and applicable law.
